Job Summary
Conduct audits on-site across diverse organizations in the Netherlands, evaluating compliance with regulations, standards, and certification schemes for soil research, remediation, and material handling. Draft clear audit reports and discuss findings with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Actively contribute to knowledge development within the team and Kiwa. This role involves visiting contractors, engineering firms, and government bodies to verify practical application of procedures beyond administrative documentation. You will work within the Infra & Milieu unit in Rijswijk, supporting a team of specialists focused on improving market trust and sustainable resource management.
Required Qualifications
- Analytisch sterk

- Kunt helder communiceren met uiteenlopende stakeholders
- Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin je doorvraagt, onderzoekt en organisaties helpt verbeteren
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting milieu, duurzaamheid, chemie, procestechnologie of vergelijkbaar
- Je hebt al flink wat ervaring gemaakt in het werkveld binnen een technische omgeving
- Ervaring met audits, inspecties of certificering (pré)
- Kennis van wet- en regelgeving binnen het besluit bodemkwaliteit
- Ervaring met de uitvoering of toezicht op de SIKB-regelingen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Beschikt over rijbewijs B
- Uitvoeren van audits in een vastgesteld regio in Nederland en incidenteel daarbuiten
- Toetsen van werkzaamheden van Kiwa en haar klanten aan wet- en regelgeving en certificatieschema's
- Opstellen van auditrapportages
- Bespreken van bevindingen met klanten op verschillende organisatieniveaus
- Actief bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team en binnen Kiwa
