Conduct internal audits of projects across planning, contracting, execution, and delivery stages, verifying alignment with strategic objectives and internal regulations. Map deviations, report findings, and analyze indicators to propose adjustment recommendations while monitoring contract execution and work expenditures for compliance. Elaborate and track financial and operational KPIs, producing analytical reports and presentations for management. Implement continuous improvements based on data and evidence alongside area leadership, and oversee action plan execution. Located in Botafogo, RJ, with a 2a to 5a schedule from 08h to 18h and 6a from 08h to 17h. Requires a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or Production Engineering, plus prior audit experience. The team focuses on humanized care and patient experience within the Rede D'Or network.
