Job Summary
Lead and manage audit engagements for annual and consolidated financial statements, acting as the trusted advisor to clients on complex accounting and regulatory matters including OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and US GAAP. Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality audits while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members in a collaborative environment. Drive the adoption of data analytics and digital audit tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to improve audit quality and efficiency. Requires a Swiss Certified Public Accountant or equivalent qualification with 4 to 7 years of external audit experience, fluent German and English, and a proactive mindset for technology-driven auditing. Hybrid working is available with clear career progression within a globally recognized professional services firm.
Required Qualifications
- Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss audit diploma)
- ACCA
- ACA
- CPA
- 4 to 7 years of external audit experience
- Big Four or international professional services environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Swiss and international accounting standards
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
