Audit Supervisor

Lead day-to-day audit engagement activities including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up. Prepare and review complex financial statements and disclosures in accordance with GAAP, while documenting, validating, and testing internal control systems. Serve as the primary client contact, providing guidance, answering questions, and identifying improvements to internal controls and accounting procedures. Research complex accounting topics, recommend enhancements, and utilize workspace.ai tools to expand audit capabilities. Mentor audit staff, supervise team members, and collaborate to ensure high-quality results within a hybrid structure at Saltmarsh's Tampa office.
