Job Summary
Audit Specialist IV/Audit Supervisor leads planning, execution and reporting of audits within Risk and Finance, guiding a team, communicating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring issues are discussed and closed with clear, evidence-based recommendations. Responsibilities include end-to-end audit coverage, walkthroughs, data analytics to enhance testing, documenting fieldwork, writing CAS-standard audit reports, supervising team members, coaching on the job, staying current with auditing trends, and presenting findings to management. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of banking/audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, agile/dynamic mindset, and mandatory certification (CIA/CISA) within 18 months. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant banking/audit experience with understanding of risk and control environment
- Experience in financial risk domain (Credit risk, Market Risk; Liquidity and funding risk; Interest rate risk) preferred
- Mandatory audit certification (CIA, CISA, ... ) required within 18 months
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
