Job Summary
Plan and execute audit procedures across a broad portfolio of clients, supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure deliverables meet high standards. Identify and communicate audit risks and findings while building strong professional relationships with clients. Support the development of efficient audit processes and coach staff to foster a collaborative working culture. This role offers ownership of work within a multi-disciplinary firm providing audit, tax, and advisory services. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in audit, ideally gained within a practice environment
- Strong technical understanding of audit processes and standards
- Confidence working independently and leading aspects of audit fieldwork
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mind-set
