Job Summary
Conduct audit-related projects for large and small clients across diverse industries, interacting closely with Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Shareholders on team matters. Execute tasks requiring strong analytical and research skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work independently while solving problems and taking initiative. Serve as a prime contact for clients and prospects, developing rapport through effective interpersonal skills. Maintain a solid work ethic to fulfill assigned responsibilities and actively participate in community engagement and business development opportunities. A Certified Public Accountant or qualified CPA candidate with three to five years of public accounting experience, including prior Prosystem fx Engagement work, is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant or qualified CPA candidate
- Prior experience with Prosystem fx Engagement
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to make a positive first impression in initial meetings and quickly develop rapport with clients and prospects
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, take initiative, and be a prime contact in working with clients
- Solid work ethic with the commitment to fulfill assigned responsibilities
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Commitment to participate actively in the community and identify/pursue business development opportunities
- Team player with a positive attitude
