Job Summary
Manage audit engagements end-to-end, from planning through to completion and reporting. Prepare high-quality audit work papers and document findings across complex audit areas. Identify, assess, and resolve technical accounting and audit matters while reviewing financial statements for compliance with Australian Accounting Standards. Lead and mentor team members across multiple engagements, applying RSM's audit methodology and quality standards. This role offers exposure to complex audits and diverse industries within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in external audit, ideally within a professional services or public practice environment
- Progress toward, or completion of, CA or CPA qualifications
- A strong working knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and auditing frameworks
- The ability to manage priorities across multiple engagements and meet deadlines with confidence
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- A team‐focused mindset, with an interest in mentoring and supporting the development of others
