Job Summary
Remote Audit Senior to manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio with emphasis on investment companies, venture capital, and private equity funds. Lead client communications, ensure quality delivery and regulatory compliance, supervise and mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value. CPA in good standing is required; minimum 3 years of public accounting experience with a background in audit and experience auditing investment firms (PE/VC) is required. Strong communication and ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines, with solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
