Conduct comprehensive insurance audits and lead audit teams, managing client engagements with a focus on exceptional client relations and project management. Provide leadership and development support to A&A associates while demonstrating strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. This role requires a CPA with an active license and at least five years of experience in public accounting, with a preferred master's degree. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $137,500 to $198,000, including an annual bonus, medical, dental, and vision care, along with generous paid time off and retirement plans. Limited travel is expected in the region.
