Job Summary
Lead large audit assignments, acting as the primary audit lead with overall responsibility retained by the Partner. Manage resource planning, allocation, and performance for your team, while providing mentorship and coaching to assist members in achieving their personal career goals. Serve as a role model at the Manager level, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders. This role requires an ACA/ICAS qualification and significant experience delivering assurance services to major listed firms with international interests. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, and Financial Reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- ACA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent
- Significant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services to major businesses, including listed (full list and AIM) firms with international interests
- Excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements
- Able to demonstrate the development of an industry network
