Job Summary
Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across construction, real estate, and closely held businesses. Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables while building relationships with owners, controllers, and leadership teams. Oversee staff development through mentorship and coaching, and contribute to internal process improvements and quality control initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with tax teams and firm leadership to support practice strategy and firm growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related)
- CPA-eligible
- Actively pursuing CPA licensure
- 1–4+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of audit principles, GAAP, and workpaper documentation

- 5–10+ years of audit experience in public accounting
- Experience managing engagements, supervising teams, and handling client relationships
