Job Summary
Listen to clients about operations, processes, and risks to enhance financial statement audits while applying accounting, regulatory, and GAAP knowledge. Execute and complete audits, manage budgets, and perform in-charge roles as needed. Train and supervise associates and interns, providing consistent feedback. Collaborate with teams to design audit procedures using technology and innovation tools, researching matters and documenting conclusions. Represent the firm at recruiting and networking events. Work at client sites, in the office, or remotely, with up to 25% travel expectation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines
- Minimum of two years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing
- Meeting education requirement for CPA certification in the state where you are applying for employment
- Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
- Can manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can travel as needed (Travel expectation: up to 25%)
