Job Summary
Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements while preparing statutory and management accounts. Carry out audit testing and risk assessments in line with regulatory standards, building strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery, supporting senior colleagues on ad-hoc assignments and project work. Stay up to date with changes in accounting and auditing standards. This role offers salary circa £30,000 - £40,000, full study support, and hybrid working arrangements. Required Qualifications
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with a solid foundation in audit and accounts
- Experience within a professional practice environment
- Strong knowledge of audit principles and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively both independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software packages
