Job Summary
Plan and lead audit engagements across various industries by conducting risk assessments, developing audit strategies, and reviewing financial statements for accuracy. Prepare working papers and audit documentation to firm standards while evaluating internal controls and liaising with client staff to obtain evidence. Supervise audit trainees, support draft financial statement preparation, and ensure files are complete for senior review. Monitor engagement budgets and timelines to maintain efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing and accounting standards including IFRS and UK/US GAAP.
