Audit Processing Specialist

Process medical record requests efficiently using VRC software, ensuring timely and accurate handling of documentation. Support resolution of HIPAA-related release issues to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements regarding Protected Health Information. Organize, review, and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the release process. Provide exemplary customer service through professional communication via phone, email, and in person as needed. Attend required training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and company procedures. Work closely with the Audit Team Lead to meet deadlines and resolve issues while embodying Vital Chart's core values.
