Job Summary

Director Analyst of Internal Audit leads development of must-have insights content, writes and speaks on audit planning and risk coverage, mentors analysts, collaborates across Gartner’s Assurance Practice, and engages clients through virtual or in-person interactions; presents at Gartner events and client briefings, supports sales with market insights, and demonstrates strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience or equivalent work experience in internal audit leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of internal audit leader (or Chief Audit Executive) role
  • Experience leading innovative audit planning processes and risk coverage across risk and control functions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop audit coverage strategies for new and emerging risks
  • Executive presence and ability to interact with executives
  • Strong organizational, writing, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Travel willingness up to 25%
