Job Summary
Act as a Responsible Individual for audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Lead and manage audit teams, overseeing planning, execution, and finalisation while delivering high-quality services on time and within budget. Provide strategic guidance on financial reporting, serve as the primary client contact, and foster strong relationships to drive retention and growth. Develop strategies for client expansion through cross-selling, referrals, and networking. Mentor and train colleagues on technical audit and accountancy practices. Maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate risks across client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Audit Responsible Individual (RI) status
- Proven experience in audit within a professional services firm
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
- Exceptional technical audit and accountancy knowledge
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
