Experienced Audit Partner to lead audit engagements and client relationships across Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, Hospitality, Retail, and Food & Beverage. Provide technical guidance on accounting matters, oversee planning through completion of audits, ensure compliance with GAAP/GAAS, mentor audit managers and staff, contribute to firm leadership and strategic growth, and drive value through cross-selling and proactive client insights.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- 12+ years of progressive public accounting experience with significant audit leadership responsibilities
- Extensive experience managing and leading complex audit engagements across multiple industries
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the executive level
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong business development acumen and regional market presence
