Job Summary
Lead the Assurance practice across Dallas and Fort Worth markets, driving growth through client expansion, new relationship origination, and strategic proposals for middle-market and private equity-backed companies. Oversee delivery of high-quality audit engagements, providing senior technical guidance and managing economic performance metrics including revenue, utilization, and margins. Cultivate a professional network of referral sources and intermediaries while mentoring the local team to foster technical excellence and succession planning. Serve as a visible ambassador for the Firm in the business community through thought leadership and industry involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Substantial experience delivering and leading audit and assurance engagements within a large local, regional or national public accounting firm
- Demonstrated business development capability and an established professional network, with a track record of originating new business and expanding client relationships
- Experience serving middle-market commercial clients across multiple industries
- Experience with private equity-backed companies
- Proven practice- or team-leadership track record, including ownership of growth, economic performance, delivery quality and talent development
- Strong leadership instincts and a demonstrated investment in the growth of others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise senior client stakeholders and collaborate effectively across service lines
- Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
