Job Summary

Audit & Move-Out Coordinator responsible for processing and auditing move-out files across Stratum's Oregon portfolio. Primary duties include ensuring charges, deposits, and move-out documentation are correctly applied, reviewing final account statements and ledgers for accuracy and compliance with Stratum standards, identifying and correcting discrepancies, maintaining organized confidential records, and supporting Accounting and Property Management teams with reconciliations and reporting. Requires 2+ years in administrative, accounting, or property management roles; strong attention to detail; proficiency with Excel and SharePoint; familiarity with Yardi preferred; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently; and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. Position is Full-time, based in Wilsonville, OR, with a typical 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, non-exempt with overtime eligibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of administrative, accounting, or property management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all audit processes
