Job Summary
Audit Manager at a well-established Local/Regional CPA firm in Anaheim, CA. Lead and mentor a small Audit team servicing middle-market clients across Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction/Real Estate, Non-Profit, Municipalities, Agriculture, Real Estate, Dealerships, and Not-for-profit organizations. Responsibilities include supervising field engagements (financial statement audits, reviews, and consulting engagements), planning resources, developing staff, maintaining client relationships, and providing technical guidance on complex accounting areas and new pronouncements. Growth-focused role with opportunities for process improvement and transformation; Busy Season requires full onsite presence January–April.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- 6+ Public Accounting experience, including management of assurance engagements
- 1+ years of experiences in a Manager role, managing, supervising and training staff
