Job Summary
Plan and deliver audit and accounts assignments, leading large and complex projects while reviewing statutory accounts and corporate tax computations. Supervise junior staff during audits, manage workflow, and deliver audit files to partners on time. Identify cross-selling opportunities, manage client communication, and monitor chargeability and assignment budgets proactively. Coach staff for improved performance and technical development while mentoring trainees. Develop specialist sector knowledge and keep abreast of industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified with post qualification experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified by experience
- Ability to apply audit standards through practical application
- Knowledge of UK GAAP
- Practical knowledge of the preparation of group accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience of both not for profit clients and corporate clients
