Manage assignments in accordance with firm procedures, confirm client arrangements, and oversee the completion of statutory audits across diverse sectors and sizes. Ensure audit quality through internal and external assurance, supervise staff including students and seniors, and conduct on-the-job training and appraisals. Liaise with clients throughout the year to service their needs, review completion procedures, and attend final meetings to deliver accounts and commercial letters.
