Job Summary
Execute diverse short-term audit and assurance projects for government bodies and listed companies, conducting financial and non-financial controls to validate validity and legality in accordance with Dutch regulations. Manage stakeholder relationships and signal potential conflicts while steering project improvements and supporting less experienced colleagues through coaching. Collaborate within the Special Assurance Services team on complex dossiers involving healthcare and social services, requiring fluent Dutch proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projectcontroles, subsidiecontroles of als auditor/accountant in vergelijkbare rollen, zoals projectcontroller of compliance specialist.
- Hbo- of wo-diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar.
- Diepgaande kennis van subsidieregelingen, controleprotocollen en relevante regelgeving.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholder- en projectmanagement, operationele aansturing en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen assurance- of controleprojecten.
- Ervaring met het coachen en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega's, evenals goed ontwikkelde stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
- Nederlandse taal beheerst
