Job Summary
Lead and perform financial statement and single-audit engagements for nonprofit and government clients, supervising staff and reviewing workpapers to ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance. Advise clients on Form 990 requirements and nonprofit compliance while communicating with stakeholders to support engagement budgeting and scheduling. Requires a CPA with 8+ years of public accounting experience, including preferred nonprofit/government exposure and single-audit knowledge. Full-time role based in Syracuse, NY with regular travel across upstate NY.
