Job Summary
Lead audit assignments across a portfolio including social housing, managing audits from planning through to completion while ensuring work meets rigorous quality standards and client expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during fieldwork, offering guidance and resolving complex issues. Supervise and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth, while reviewing statutory financial statements and conducting technical research when required. Collaborate with partners to identify additional client needs and explore opportunities for advisory services. This role offers clear progression to Senior Manager and Director within a growing, high-performing Top 15 firm in Central London.
Required Qualifications
- ACA/ ACCA qualified or by experience
- Social housing sector experience
- Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment
- Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery
