Job Summary
Manage and deliver audits for Not-for-Profit clients from planning to completion, reviewing statutory accounts under Charities SORP, Further and Higher Education SORP, and FRS 102. Supervise and develop junior team members through appraisals and technical guidance while maintaining strong client relationships. Support business development via tenders, events, and article contributions, overseeing billing, staff resourcing, and department recruitment. Salary ranges from £65,000 to £80,000 with flexible working arrangements and extended family benefits. Join an expanding NFP audit team serving charities, higher education institutions, and trade unions.
Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- proven audit management experience in practice
- Strong background in Not-for-Profit audits
- ideally including higher education and charities
- In-depth knowledge of SORP requirements
- In-depth knowledge of FRS 102
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
