Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across various sectors while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coach and develop junior team members, identify and resolve technical accounting issues, and contribute to business development efforts including tenders and presentations. Collaborate with Partners and Directors on strategic business unit decisions, ensuring high-quality outcomes through proactive problem-solving and autonomous execution. This role requires 5-7 years of audit experience and detailed knowledge of Australian accounting standards. Required Qualifications
