Job Summary
Manage audit engagements and attest projects while overseeing US GAAP financial statement preparation. Actively participate in audit proposals, onboarding new clients, and building relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities. Train and develop staff as part of the leadership team, operating as a component auditor in group scenarios. Prioritize teamwork, leadership, and integrity within a global workplace serving foreign, family-owned businesses. Occasional travel to other RÖDL USA offices may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, including experience in public accounting
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting
- Dedication to teamwork and leadership
- Integrity within a professional environment
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills in English
- The preferred candidate is local to the Philadelphia area
- Occasional travel to other RÖDL USA offices may be required
Desired Qualifications
- German writing and communication skills is an advantage
- CPA license or similar certification
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry
- ProSystem fx Engagement experience
- CCH Axcess experience
