Job Summary
Develop testing approaches and ensure audit validation activities are comprehensive and adequate. Lead walkthroughs and planning meetings while providing training, coaching, and auditing expertise to the audit team. Work on multiple audit validations simultaneously to deliver work timely and within budget, then lead discussions with stakeholders on testing findings. Challenge issues, propose root causes, and draft issues and reports including executive summaries. Interpret risk themes and challenge control design and effectiveness as part of the Risk and Control Enhancement transformation program.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of audit procedures and standards
- 5+ years of related work experience
- four year degree program
- Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures that relate to auditing/accounting standards
- analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
