Job Summary
Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements while overseeing daily operations including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, and financial reporting. Provide performance feedback to team members and partner with Senior Managers on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting. Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters, assist clients with GAAP compliance and FASB updates, and resolve client concerns proactively. Serve as an instructor in firm training programs and lead community, networking, and business development activities. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA certification, and five years of public accounting experience in real estate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Real Estate industry experience in private and/or public
- At least five years of job related experience in public accounting
- Prior supervisory experience
