Audit Manager - Real Estate & HUD

Lead and manage a team of audit professionals in planning, executing, and concluding audit engagements for real estate and HUD sectors. Ensure adherence to engagement timelines, budgets, and firm standards while building strong client relationships and providing strategic insights for improving financial processes. Conduct complex audit procedures, review workpapers, and assess findings to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, applying knowledge of evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes. Mentor and develop senior and staff members through performance evaluations and guidance on complex accounting issues, while overseeing resource allocation and audit program development. Maintain quality control over documentation and reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
