Job Summary
Audit Manager to supervise and direct audit engagements in the Dublin, OH area, overseeing planning, field work, and wrap-up while marketing and developing the business within an area of expertise. Responsibilities include advising on economic and regulatory risks, applying GAAP/GAAS, drafting complex financial statements and footnote disclosures, and communicating with management and audit committees. Responsibilities also cover identifying improvements to internal controls, supervising audit staff, providing on-the-job training, budgeting and staffing, timely billing and collections, and maintaining client relationships. Requires a Bachelor's in accounting (CPA preferred) with five+ years in public accounting and supervisory experience; opportunity for partner path.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent required
- Licensed CPA
- Five (5) or more years prior work experience in public accounting required
- Prior significant supervisory experience
- MBA/master’s degree in accountancy optional
