Job Summary
Conduct financial statement auditing services for private equity clients while mentoring associates on technical and professional skills. Lead supervisory efforts to ensure timely project completion and deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and critical analysis. Manage day-to-day audit operations with a focus on quality, ethical standards, and continuous learning to support the firm's growth.
Required Qualifications
- Certified public accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 5 years of A&A experience in public accounting
- Experience with private equity clients
- Five (5)+ years of experience providing financial statement auditing services
- Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and supervise others
- Provide exceptional client service
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
- See the big picture as well as the details
- Display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment
- Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
