Job Summary
Audit Manager responsible for managing and reviewing a broad range of assurance engagements across nonprofit, real estate, manufacturing, and construction clients. Prepare and review audits, compilations, and review engagements while supporting client data in accordance with firm policies, procedures, and quality standards. Supervise and mentor 2–3 direct reports; stay current on GAAP, SAS, and GAGAS changes; serve as primary client contact and build trusted advisor relationships. Hybrid in-office role with flexible scheduling based on client needs and performance; opportunity to collaborate with leadership on engagement execution and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license (required)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with a broad assurance background
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SAS
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships
- Prior experience at a firm of meaningful scale and complexity
