Job Summary
Audit & Donor Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial policies acrossIRC projects; duties include monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal corrections, ensuring proper archival of documents, verifying 40% of monthly payments for compliance with IRC and donor policies, coordinating internal and external audits, preparing memos to support internal controls, pre-audit of project documents, maintaining the signatures authorization matrix, and supporting partnership and risk-mapping activities. Requires at least 3 years in audit/compliance/risk management, NGO experience preferred, strong ICT skills (Excel, Word, Access, Sun System), and fluency in French and English. Based in Ndjamena with field missions; salary range to be determined (gross annual for Chad), adherence to IRC standards and safeguarding policies.
Required Qualifications
- Avoir une licence ou un master en Audit, contrôle interne ou comptabilité, finance, ou tout autre diplôme connexe
- Au moins trois (3) années d'expérience en audit, contrôle interne, conformité, gestion des risques
- Une expérience préalable en ONG internationale et dans un cabinet d’audit serait un atout
- Maîtrise informatique (Excel, Word, Access, Sun System)
- Très bonne maîtrise du français avec une bonne capacité rédactionnelle et une bonne connaissance en anglais
- Connaissance des langues
