Job Summary
Lead day-to-day department operations by executing strategies that support service delivery, department goals, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Monitor workflows, deadlines, service levels, and team output using dashboards to improve visibility, accountability, and operational effectiveness. Partner with leadership to achieve revenue and profitability goals while overseeing revenue projections, scheduling variance, and budget-to-actual reporting. Manage assigned team members by setting expectations, addressing performance gaps, and developing staffing plans to align capacity with projected demand. Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Finance, and Resource Management to resolve issues, improve coordination, and execute firm initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in public accounting, practice operations, professional services operations, or a related leadership role
Desired Qualifications
