Job Summary
Lead and oversee complex client audits, including risk assessments, control testing, and substantive procedures, while managing teams of auditors and assigning tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with key C-suite client contacts, tailor audit strategies to client operations, and communicate findings effectively. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities within the existing client base, participating in proposal development, and collaborating with other service lines to cross-sell comprehensive solutions. Ensure adherence to professional standards through engagement-level reviews and prompt identification of quality control issues. Develop and mentor audit staff, recruit new professionals, and foster a positive team culture. Requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and significant public accounting experience.
