Job Summary

Audit Coordinator coordinates and supports the delivery of registrant firm and individual registrant audit programs by managing audit documentation, correspondence, schedules, and follow-up activities. Serves as primary point of contact for auditees, communicates audit progress, timelines, and important dates, and prepares materials for review by the Audit and Practice Review Committee. Tracks milestones and deadlines, maintains audit data, and supports ongoing process improvements. Uses Excel for data tracking; manages records in SharePoint and Outlook; drafts agendas and minutes for audit team meetings; develops SOPs and guidance documents; works in a hybrid model with at least 2 days in-office per week in Burnaby, BC. Requires 5+ years of coordination experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Contract through end of June 2027 with competitive compensation and benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant coordination and/or senior administrative activities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in core office programs and organization-specific software
