Job Summary
Join a Regional Public Accounting Firm as an Audit & Assurance Senior Associate responsible for leading complex audit engagements and supervising junior staff. You will engage directly with clients to ensure a smooth audit process and comply with professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license or progress toward CPA certification
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive external audit experience
Desired Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
- Proficiency in audit documentation software (e.g., CCH ProSystem fx Engagement, CaseWare)
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
- Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience supervising or leading a team in an audit environment
