Job Summary
Audit & Assurance Senior Analyst at Deloitte Albania: support Member Firm Client-Facing Teams in executing and delivering audits, learn risk assessment concepts, perform audit activities across planning, testing, and reporting, preprocess financial data and prepare audit documentation using Deloitte software, participate in customized training and receive coaching to gain independence and technical know-how, stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes, grow into a trusted advisor for local and international clients, and act as a brand ambassador with peers, colleagues, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics (preferably Accounting & Audit), or in quantitative/engineering sciences with a strong interest in accounting or audit.
- Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or a related field.
