Job Summary
Perform audit fieldwork including testing, walkthroughs, and risk assessments to validate financial record integrity. Analyze financial statements to spot discrepancies and evaluate performance while organizing facts according to client circumstances. Engage with clients such as CFOs and business owners to build relationships and develop proposed solutions for issues. Leverage cloud-based audit platforms and data tools to streamline workflow and master firm software efficiently. Work autonomously under tight deadlines and multiple priorities, taking responsibility for service quality, thoroughness, and accuracy. Ability to work extended hours as needed during peak busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- Adequate semester units to sit for the CPA exam
- Conferred or seeking B.A./B.S. degree in Business Administration
- Concentration in accounting
- Ability to lead, prioritize, thrive, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Superior client service with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
