Job Summary
Audit Associate responsible for performing assurance procedures (audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures), reconciling workpapers to trial balance, applying GAAP/GAAS concepts, determining test scope and sampling, preparing/reviewing draft financial statements, identifying control deficiencies, and communicating findings. Requires CPA eligibility or licensure, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements with deadlines. The role emphasizes collaboration, client service, continuous learning, and contributing to team efficiency and quality of work. The position is full-time, with expected flexibility beyond standard hours to meet engagement priorities.
Required Qualifications
- CPA license or eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
