Job Summary
Identify client business risks and analyze the impact of changing environments on operations. Implement engagement plans, perform assurance engagements in compliance with professional standards, and obtain evidence to corroborate information. Harness technology to gather and analyze data, propose resolutions to significant accounting issues, and review information accompanying assurance reports. Coach junior team members to achieve technical competency while facilitating effective communication within a cross-functional, culturally diverse team. Identify ethical conflicts and act in accordance with professional standards when providing assurance services.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant experience for the Senior role and 1 – 3 years for the Associate role, preferably from an international accounting firm
- Commendable analytic and technical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
