Job Summary
Audit Assistant responsibilities include performing selected audit activities for high-quality audits of financial statements, pre-processing financial data and documents for audit phases, preparing audit documentation in Deloitte software using templates, participating in a customized training program and coaching to build independence and technical know-how, interacting with the team to ensure accuracy and high-quality work, delivering tasks within deadlines, and complying with Deloitte policies and independence requirements. The role requires a university degree inFinance/Accounting/Auditing or related field, strong English, analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency with Excel/Word; Deloitte emphasizes a modern hybrid workplace, international environment, and opportunities for learning and development.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or any related field
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Strong interest for Audit
- Good analytical skills
- Attention to detail, with a sense of responsibility and delivery of results
- Good communication skills
- Systematic approach to work and ability to prioritize workload under pressure
- Able to work in a team and be proactive
- Good command of the Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and Word)
