Job Summary
Conduct rigorous project and financial management on all audit projects, ensuring completion within agreed timescales while raising issues with managers or partners in a timely manner. Identify risk matters, exercise judgement within agreed parameters, and suggest potential technical solutions to audited entities, communicating and agreeing on needs with Senior Managers or Directors. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and established clients, acting as a point of contact throughout the year to deliver accurate, transparent reporting. Supervise and coach junior team members while collaborating proactively with others to manage projects effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to identify risk matters and raise with a manager and/or partner, while exercising judgement within agreed parameters
- Experience of conducting rigorous project and financial management on all projects, completing projects within agreed timescales and raising issues in a timely manner
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent
- Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements
- Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering
- Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends
- Experience supervising and coaching junior members of the team
- Experience of managing projects
