Job Summary
Conduct core audit tasks by gathering data, reviewing documentation, and maintaining a strong focus on quality. Use AI tools such as ChatPwC, Copilot, and Power BI to support audit work, improve efficiency, and maintain quality. Support audit planning by helping develop audit plans and procedures, and by building an understanding of the client's business and key processes. Assist with risk assessments and work closely with senior team members to address identified risks and issues. Collaborate with colleagues and clients locally and internationally to deliver each project stage on time and in line with PwC's quality standards. The new audit team in Vilnius will start on 17 August.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or will graduate within the next 12 months)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Upper-intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language skills
- Available to work full time
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (an advantage)
