Audit & Accounts Senior

Lead audits from planning through to completion for a varied portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed to not-for-profit organisations. Provide accountancy and taxation advice, host pre-audit and post-audit meetings, and assist in managing a team of qualified accountants. Mentor colleagues by reviewing their work and develop the team's skillset through training and development plans. Contribute to firm growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients. Reporting to the Audit and Accounts Manager, this mixed position offers clear progression opportunities within a well-established firm of chartered accountants in Kent.
