Job Summary
Lead audit and accounts assignments, managing large and complex projects while reviewing statutory accounts and corporate tax computations. Supervise junior staff, oversee workflow, and deliver audit files to partners on time. Coach team members for improved performance and technical development, while mentoring trainees and contributing to the training programme. Manage client communication, identify cross-selling opportunities, and monitor chargeability and assignment budgets proactively. Develop specialist sector knowledge and keep abreast of industry developments. Required Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified with post qualification experience, or qualified by experience
- Ability to apply audit standards through practical application
- Knowledge of UK GAAP
- Practical knowledge of the preparation of group accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience of both not for profit clients and corporate clients
